Toll Road Tariff Adjustment for Solo - Ngawi Toll Road on August 19, 2021 at 00.00 WIB
Bekasi - Starting on August 19, 2021, at 00.00 WIB, a tariff adjustment will be applied on the Solo - Ngawi Toll Road. This tariff adjustment has been determined based on the Decree of the Minister of PUPR Number 820/KPTS/M/2021 dated June 25, 2021 concerning Adjustment of Toll Tariffs on the Solo - Ngawi Toll Road.
For information, toll road tariff adjustments have been stipulated in Law no. 38 of 2004 concerning Roads. Article 48 paragraph 3 states that the evaluation and adjustment of toll rates is carried out every 2 years based on the effect of the inflation rate. Make sure the balance of the electronic money card (e-Money) is filled enough for the purpose of driving.
The Solo - Ngawi Toll Road which is part of the Transjawa Toll Road network connects 2 provinces namely Central Java and East Java and is one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN).
The Solo - Ngawi Toll Road has 6 rest areas, consisting of 4 type A rest areas and 2 type B rest areas located at KM 519 (Line A and B), KM 538 (Line A and B) located in Sragen Regency. Then Rest area on KM 575 (Line A and B) which is located in Ngawi Regency.
Famous for its interchange bridge icon with a beautiful cable stayed bridge structure when crossing this toll road, the Solo - Ngawi Toll Road has 8 interchanges (SS), namely SS Colomadu, SS Adi Sumarmo International Airport, SS Solo, SS Gondangrejo/Purwodadi, SS Karanganyar, SS Sragen, SS Sragen Timur, and SS Ngawi.
The Solo-Ngawi Toll Road also cuts the travel time of traveling faster to 1 to 1.5 hours from the original 2-3 hours using the existing route from Solo to Ngawi. In addition to increasing the accessibility of the Central Java and East Java regions, this toll road also drives the wheels of the economy around the toll road, facilitates the distribution of goods and services, and encourages the tourism sector in the Solo area.
The Solo – Ngawi Toll Road is managed by the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT) PT Jasamarga Solo Ngawi and has a total length of 90.43 Km consisting of three segments, namely the Kartasura – Karanganyar Junction Segment along 20.9 Km (construction by the Government), The Karanganyar - Sragen Interchange Segment is 14.3 Km long (construction by BUJT) and the Sragen Interchange - Ngawi Interchange Segment is 54.9 Km long (constructed by BUJT).
In an effort to maintain the safety and comfort of road users as well as to maintain toll road traffic conditions to remain conducive while driving, there are several types of service fleets on this toll road, namely 7 toll road officer patrol vehicles, 8 tow vehicles, 3 ambulance units, 2 units of rescue vehicles, 6 units of police PJR vehicles.
PT Jasamarga Solo Ngawi as the manager of the Trans Java Toll Road, especially the Solo - Ngawi section, continues to strive to fulfill the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) and improve services on toll roads in order to provide security for toll road users. (BPJT/Dms)
