BPJT Holds a Management Workshop on Monitoring of Toll Road Operation and Maintenance

To guarantee that the toll road is safe, comfortable, effective and empowered to require BPJT toll road operational performance monitoring activities, a Management Workshop for Monitoring the Operation and Maintenance of Toll Roads in Amoz Cozy, Jakarta (28/11) is held. Also the speaker was the Head of Operation and Maintenance Division, Ir. Wahyudi Mandala Putra, Head of Operation and Maintenance Sub Division I, Ranto Parlindungan Rajagukguk and experts from PT. Virama by Ridwan Nurhadiansyah.

Speech delivered by the Head of Operations and Maintenance, Ir. Wahyudi Mandala Putra said that the purpose of holding a workshop on management of monitoring the operation and maintenance of toll roads was to assist the implementation of supervision and monitoring of toll road concessions that had been operating under the PPJT and other provisions.

"We hope that this workshop will become a forum for sharing information and knowledge for Toll Road Business Entities (BUJTs) and BPJTs."

The purpose of the management of monitoring the operation and maintenance of toll roads is to supervise the obligations of the BUJT (toll road operating) during the concession period, to evaluate the implementation of toll road operation and maintenance by BUJT, to provide operational recommendations on the performance and problems that exist on the toll road operating, monitoring the fulfillment of SPM by BUJT, conducting satisfaction surveys to toll road users, Knowing the level of satisfaction and expectations of services carried out by BUJT and Analyzing self assessment data, checking SPM fulfillment, and level of satisfaction of toll road users to fulfill Toll Road SPM requirements .

With the management of toll road operation and maintenance monitoring, it is expected that the availability of monitoring data to fulfill the obligations of each toll road BUJT, which includes, among others: information data on the operation and maintenance of toll roads along with their recommendations. LHR and VCR data for each toll road segment that operates and estimates of the increase in traffic volume and recommendations. Availability of evaluation of accident data along with recommendations, availability of IT / TIP Service Data and recommendations, availability of MSS fulfillment data including patterns of fulfillment, availability of operational recommendations on sections toll road operation and the availability of customer satisfaction survey data to analyze the SPM compliance assessment based on the Self Assessment report and field inspection.
