Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Held Market Sounding of Toll Road Concession Serang - Panimbang Section Cileles - Panimbang Tuesday, 22 August 2017, held at Gedung Pendopo Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing.

Market Sounding aims to explore the interest of the market related to the construction of the Serang - Panimbang Section Cileles - Panimbang toll road with Availability Payment scheme while obtaining inputs and feedback from business actors (the market).

The event was preceded by introduction and presentation by the Head of BPJT Herry Trisaputra Zuna, followed by a presentation by Freddy R. Saragih, as Director of Government Support and Infrastructure Financing (PDPPI) Management to explain the Availibility Payment (AP) Service Scheme to participants Investors and Business Entity Toll Road (BUJT) which has been operated by PT Jasa Marga and PT Citra Marga Nusphala Persada.

To guarantee risk in the early period of project implementation, the toll road concessionaire is accompanied by PT. Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (PT PII) which explanation presented by Mrs. Shintya Roesli as President Director of PT PII.

Toll Road Enterprise of Serang - Panimbang is held by PT Wijaya Karya Serang Panimbang. Section Cileles - Panimbang along 33 KM is a portion of Government support, which will be auctioned with AP Exploitation scheme.

The AP scheme has several key principles, namely the takeover of demand risk by the Government and the business entity is obliged to provide good quality roads at all times, output-oriented in this case the quality of toll road services of a business entity, this provides assurance to the Business Entity since the Business Entity is paid based on the Given.
