BPJT Holds Workshop on Toll Road Construction Management
In order to support the implementation of the toll road construction BPJT continues to develop information systems to facilitate monitoring the progress of toll road construction. On this occasion BPJT held a Workshop on Toll Road Construction Management held at Grand Kemang, Jakarta (4/10). Also became resource persons of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance Budi Wiondjono and Rosmariani, Chairperson of Project Management Information System Team Joko Nursapto, Head of Technical Division Primawan Avicenna, Head of Construction Supervision Sub Division Hadi Suprayitno. Also attended by the Secretary of BPJT Darda Daraba, Member of BPJT Professional Elements of Koentjahjo Pamboedi and Head of Fields at the BPJT Secretariat Environment.
The Secretary of BPJT, Darda Daraba delivered his remarks to the activity that in supporting the implementation of toll road construction an information system is needed to assist BPJT and BUJT in monitoring construction progress, problems, settlement efforts, as well as follow-up that must or has been done to support the completion of construction in accordance with the predetermined time target.
The toll road construction monitoring system is a management control tool and toll road management tool, which is expected to achieve the performance or performance expected by investors and regulators as well as the toll road so that it can operate according to the target. One of the toll road construction monitoring systems being developed by BPJT is I_CONS.
I_CONS is an application for reporting and monitoring the planning and progress of toll road construction. This online-based reporting and monitoring can be used to view progress and digitally stored data including images and drones inputted by the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT).
"To support the information system running smoothly, it requires full support from BUJT to submit data updates regularly according to the time set." Add BPJT Secretary In the I_CONS application there are several menus that must be updated by BUJT every week such as construction and land progress of each toll road, toll road operation targets, toll road technical data, bailout funds, toll road updates and video drones. The purpose of the I_CONS toll road construction monitoring system is to support toll road management in achieving progress that is in accordance with the plan agreed in PPJT.
The benefit of the I_CONS reporting system is to facilitate reporting and control and monitoring, making it easier for BUJT to report plans and realization and progress, facilitate tracking of reporting in realtime, speed in handling problems, as management tools in facilitating decision making, as a management tool in asset control and as basic data, as management tools in facilitating the implementation of inspections, as a tool in storing toll road history data digitally and increasing stakeholder trust. It is expected that this workshop will be an event to share information, knowledge, implementation of SMK3, Toll Road Construction Monitoring Information System, as well as design implementation in construction including procedures for changing the scope of construction.
