The auction for Semarang-Demak Toll Road is being carried out by flying auctions
The 27 Km Semarang-Demak Toll Road was built to increase the accessibility and capacity of the road network in the provision of the northern region of Java. As is known the condition of the northern Java traffic collected is quite high.
This toll road is integrated with the sea wall on the northern coast of Semarang City, starting from Kaligawe to Sayung River in Demak Regency. This sea wall functions to overcome flooding, rob and decline (subsidence) in the eastern North Semarang region of Kaligawe to Sayung.
The Semarang-Demak Toll Road Project has begun the installation of auctions. As many as four participants who passed the prequalification test and were invited to participate in the auction, namely the Consortium of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk-PT. Toll Road Waskita-PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk-PT. Brantas Abipraya (Persero), Consortium of PT. Housing Development (Persero) -PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) -PT Mission Mulia Metrical, PT. China Harbor Indonesia and Sinohydro Corporation Limited.
The auction document has been submitted since 15 November 2018, it was announced that the Semarang-Demak Toll Road auction which was integrated with the sea city of Semarang would be announced to be held in February 2019.
The construction of the toll road with an investment of 15.3 Trillion is planned to last for 2 years. Development starts in 2019 and is launched in 2021.
Technically, the Semarang-Demak Toll Road has four interchanges, namely Kaligawe, Terboyo, Sayung and Demak. The planned speed of 100 km / hour with the direction of widening on this toll road widens inward with a 2x2 initial line and 2x final lane.
