Starting September 8th, Jagorawi Toll Road is Just One Times Transaction
The Ministry of PUPR held a press conference on the progress of toll road development on Tuesday (5/9). Located in the building of the Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing, this activity discusses three points on the change of the Jakarta - Bogor - Ciawi (Jagorawi) toll road system, toll road progress and electronics on the highway.
In an effort to simplify the transaction in the Jagorawi Toll Road, the transaction system change which was originally two transactions of Ciawi direction from Jakarta took KTME in GT Cibubur Utama to pay in off ramp to only one time transaction evenly trough Bogor or Ciawi from Jakarta become on ramp pay. In addition Jakarta's direction from Ciawi who previously took KTME on the ramp, paying in GT Cimanggis to be off ramp. Such integration makes transactions in the Barrier Gate of Cibubur Utama and Cimanggis Utama removed.
Head of Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Herry Trisaputra Zuna said that "With this integration change is expected to reduce congestion at certain points like Cibubur and Cimanggis. The preparedness of toll gate infrastructure for system change is 100% ready. "
President Director of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Desi Arryani said that the system change was done following the issuance of Minister of PUPR Decree No. 692 /KPTS/M/2017 dated 31 August 2017.

The determined toll rates are Rp 6,500 for Class I vehicles, Rp 9,500 for Class II vehicles, Rp 13,000 Class III vehicles, Rp 16,000 Class IV vehicles and Rp 19,500 for Class V.
"For electronication program the use of electronic money on toll roads per July has reached 30%. We are trying to set up infrastructure to support this program so that non-cash transaction objectives can reach 100%, "said Head of Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Herry Trisaputra Zuna.
Herry Trisaputra Zuna added that the effort that has been done by BPJT in electronication program is giving discount rate for electronic money user and selling electronic money card at toll gate with discount of starter pack. In addition, socialization and campaigns have been conducted in various media such as print, online, radio and VMS.
The schedule for the inauguration of the toll road in September 2017 is Semarang - Solo Section 3 (Bawen - Salatiga) along 17.6 KM, Kertosono - Mojokerto Section 2 (Jombang - Mojokerto Barat) 19.9KM, Palindra Section 1 (Palembang - Pamulutan) 7 , 75KM, Medan - Kualanamu - Tebing Tinggi Sexy 2-6 (Parbakan - Sei Rampah) 41,6Km and the last Medan - Binjai Section 2-3 (Helvetia - Binjai) 10, 46KM.
For the construction of 2017, the Gempol - Pasuruan Section 1 of the A2 (Segment Bangil - Rembang) segment 7.10 KM which has been operating in March 2017, Tanjung Priok Access 8 KM operates in April, Gempol - Pasuruan Section A1 (Segment Gempol - Bangil operating in August 2017 along 6.8KM Semarang - Solo Section 3 (Bawen - Salatiga) 17,6 KM and Kertosono - Mojokerto Section II and IV 20,80 KM which will finish its construction completion in August 2017. In month September Medan - Kualanamu - Tebing Tinggi Sexy 2-6 (Parbarakan - Sei Rampah) 41.65 KM, Medan - Binjai Sections 2 and 3 (Helvetia - Binjai) 10.45 KM, Palembang - Indralaya Section 1 (Palembang - Pamulatan) 7 , 75 KM.
In October the toll road of Bekasi - Cawang - Kampung Melayu Seksi IB - IC (Segang Pangkalan Jati - Jakasampurna) 8.24 KM, Surabaya - Mojokerto Section 1B - III (Along - Krian) 15.24 KM. November 2017 Segment Soreang - Pasirkoja Section 1 - 2 8.15 KM, Bakauheni - Large Broken Package 1 (Bak Abueni Port Bakauheni IC segment 8.9 KM) In December there are Bakauheni - Terbanggi Besar Paket 2 (Kotabaru - Lematang Segments) 5,03 KM, Solo - Mantingan - Ngawi 87,19 KM, Pejagan - Pemalang Section III - IV (East Brebes - Pemalang) 37,30 KM, Ngawi - Kertosono Section I - III (Ngawi - Wilangan) 52,57 KM, Batang - Semarang Section I (Batang - Batang Timur) 3,20 KM, Palembang - Indralaya Section 2 - 3 (Pamulatan - Simpang Indralaya) 14,18 KM, Cinere - Jagorawi Section 2 (Raya Bogor - Kukusan) 5,50 KM, Ciawi - Sukabumi Section I (Ciawi - Caringin Segment) 7.30 KM and Pemalang - Batang (Sewaka - IC Pemalang) 6 KM.
"So the total construction completion plan of 2017 is 379.2 KM. We hope that this year all the construction will be completed, and we have been trying to monitor all sections currently under construction. "Head of Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Herry Trisaputra Zuna said.
