Launching E-Payment In Bali Mandara Toll Road
Friday (19/6) at around IC Benoa, Bali Mandara Toll Road, has launched the use of e-payment which is the synergy of the three state-owned banks, namely Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Negara Indonesia. The three banks have a flagship product that will be used throughout the toll road in Indonesia. Currently, e-toll can only use e-money, which is a product of Bank Mandiri. With the launching of this synergy, then to Bali Mandara Toll Road can also use Brizzi of Bank Rakyat Indonesia or TapCash of Bank Negara Indonesia. Once launched, the synergy of the three state-owned banks will continue to other toll roads.
In his speech, President Director of PT. Jasamarga Bali Tol said that the current daily traffic Toll Road Bali Mandara has reached 44,000 with 55% of the details of the 4-wheel vehicles or more, and the rest (46%) is the vehicle wheel 2. However, only 1% of the 2 wheeler riders who have used e-payment. With the synergy of this state-owned bank, the e-payment is expected to be increased, so that the time of the transaction at the tollbooth will be shorter.
Bali Governor in his speech read by the Head of the Department of Transportation, Information and Communications said that this synergy is the government effort to improve services to the public, because the current one indicator of success of the Government is the people's satisfaction levels of service.
