BPJT Holds Focus Group Discussion on Monitoring Discussion of Toll Road Concession Agreement Based on Website
To support the implementation of the Monitoring of the Toll Road Concession Agreement (PPJT), the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) continues to develop information systems to facilitate supervision of PPJT. On this occasion BPJT held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Discussion on Monitoring Toll Road Concession Agreements Based on Website at Grand Kemang, Jakarta (23/10). Also a guest speaker was Member of the BPJT Professional Elements Koentjahjo Pamboedi, Member of BPJT Academic Elements Eka Pria Anas, Head of Investment Sudiro Roi Santoso and Head of Investment Supervision Section of Ira Ariani Chaerunisa.
The speech was delivered by the Head of the General Section of the BPJT, Mahbullah Nurdin, conveying that monitoring PPJT is a very good idea considering the increasing number of toll roads and Toll Road Business Entities (BUJT) that must be supervised by BPJT.
As we all know, the Toll Road Concession period lasts for 35 to 50 years, therefore there is a need for good and long-lasting documentation until the Toll Road Concession ends its time. One of the PPJT monitoring systems being developed by BPJT is "Monitoring Online Investment" (Moonvest).
"We consider that Moonvest with digital documentation is the most appropriate choice. For this reason, it is expected that cooperation from all BUJTs to provide input on the development plan of this system, BUJT is also expected to complete the required data so that both BPJT and BUJT have a good database. "Said Head of General Section BPJT Mahbullah Nurdin
The purpose of Moonvest is to support increasing the effectiveness of toll road utilization to create a healthy toll road industry. The benefits of Moonvest itself are both BPJT and BUJT have an early warning system related to the fulfillment of PPJT, in addition BPJT, BUJT and other related parties have documentation of toll road concession data during the concession period in a system that can be used as media information on return decisions.
In the Moonvest application there are several menus that must be updated by BUJT such as Initial PPJT, Land Procurement Funds, SPMK, Changes to Pre-Operational Business Plans, Changes to Pre-Operational Shareholders, Toll Road Operations, Post-Operational Shareholders Changes and Changes in Post-Operation Business Plans.
It is hoped that this workshop will become an event to share information, knowledge of the implementation of the PPJT monitoring information system.
