Operation of the East Sragen Toll Gate, Solo Ngawi Toll Road
Hi #SobatBPJT - The East Sragen Toll Gate which is part of the supporting access for the Solo Ngawi Toll Road has been officially opened, you know. However, in support of the policy for the Enforcement of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), it's best if we don't travel first to overcome the peak wave of the Covid-19 Pandemic so that it will decrease.
Later, for motorists who will pass through the East Sragen Toll Gate, the tariff for the nearest toll gate will be charged. Road users still have to use the E-Toll Card to be able to pass through the East Sragen Toll Gate.
The following is the fare system when crossing the East Sragen Toll Gate:
1. Toll road users who come from the East and exit at GT Sragen Timur will be charged the same tariff as when exiting the Ngawi Toll gate.
2. Toll road users coming from the West and exiting the East Sragen GT will be charged the same tariff as when exiting the Sragen Toll gate.
3. For road users coming from the Sragen Toll Gate and or Ngawi Toll Gate heading to the East Sragen GT or vice versa, there will be no tariff or called Zero Tariff.
This application will be enforced for the next 14 days, and the Normal tariff will begin to apply after approval from the Ministry of PUPR and the implementation of the Solo - Ngawi Toll Road Tariff Adjustment.
PT Jasamarga Solo Ngawi as the manager of the Solo - Ngawi Toll Road has operated this toll gate after obtaining a Certificate of Operation Worthiness from the Directorate General of Highways of the Ministry of PUPR some time ago.
This access is expected to make it easier for road users from both east and west to go to Mantingan or vice versa which is the border area between Central Java and East Java.
Furthermore, this toll gate is also an access to support the investment climate in the eastern part of Sragen which is directly adjacent to the province of East Java. Besides that, it can also accommodate vehicles from the eastern part of Sragen and the western part of Ngawi Regency.
The Solo – Ngawi Toll Road has a total length of 90.43 Km consisting of three segments, namely the Kartasura – Karanganyar Junction Segment for 20.9 Km (construction by the Government), Karanganyar Segment – ??Sragen Interchange with a length of 14.3 Km (construction by the Government).
