Finalization of the Habituation CPNS Batch I Actualization Plan at the Toll Road Regulatory Agency Secretariat
A total of 19 candidates for 2017 Civil Servants (CPNS) who entered the habituation period at the Secretariat of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) presented the actualization draft report produced during the placement process in BPJT for 23 days by providing solutions to the problems found during the On Job Training (OJT).
The actualization draft report is a program of the CPNS Basic Training (Latsar), basically the participants are provided with basic values of ANEKA PNS (Accountability, Nationalism, Public Ethics, Quality Commitment and Anti-Corruption) as well as knowledge of the position and role of PNS in NKRI (Management ASN, Public Services and Whole of Government). Furthermore, the actualization draft report of CPNS participants will be tested at the latsar actualization design seminar which will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018 at the Region III PUPR Training Center.
The activity was attended by the Secretary of BPJT, Members of BPJT, ranks of echelon III and IV in the BPJT Secretariat. The Secretary of BPJT as the leader of the meeting said that the actualization report that had been prepared by CPNS was expected to be made in a simple and easy to understand manner so that the latest innovations from the report could be born.
"I hope that all CPNS in the BPJT environment can develop themselves so that the competencies within each CPNS can develop well. Hopefully in the future the designation of atualization compiled by the CPNS will be beneficial to the state, the Ministry and even to itself, "added the Secretary of BPJT.
The actualization plan compiled by CPNS includes Finalization of Toll Road Final Engineering Plan (RTA) Documents, Quality Improvement of Toll Road Concession Preparation in Increasing Efficiency of Toll Road Concession at BPJT, Preparation of LKIP Secretariat of Toll Road Regulatory Agency and Use of Personal Information Board and Recapitulation Duties and Activities of Employees as a Form of the Application of the Value of Accountability and Discipline of State Civil Apparatus.
