The Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) Elevated
Cikunir-Ulujami Toll Road Project is an unsolicited
project or a business entity proposal. The consortium
that submitted such proposal consisted of PT Marga
Metro Nusantara, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, and PT
