ITRA Overview
he Indonesia Toll Road Authority
(ITRA) is an organization
Tauthorized to execute part
of toll road administration, which
covers regulation, concessions, and
supervision of Toll Road Business
Entities.
The existence of ITRA is ordered in Law Number 38 of 2004 on Roads, set out in Government
Regulation Number 15 of 2005 on Toll Roads, and provided in Regulation of the Minister of
Public Works No. 295/PRT/M/2005 on the Indonesia Toll Road Authority, which currently has
been revoked and superseded by Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Housing No.
43/PRT/M/2015 on ITRA.
Duties of ITRA
According to Regulation of the Minister 5 Acquiring toll road investments
