Assets and Revenues

he toll road industry in Indonesia
has recorded assets of Rp472.05
Ttrillion as of June 2021. This
amount was obtained from the 53 Toll
Road Business Entities (TRBE) that
submitted their financial reports to
the Indonesia Toll Road Authority.

The largest number of assets was recorded
by PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk that
reached Rp103.04 trillion on a consolidated
basis. This amount consists of 13 toll road
sections that were directly managed by
Jasa Marga and other sections under
TRBEs whose majority shares were owned
by Jasa Marga.

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk that
managed the Trans Sumatra toll road
recorded the second largest number of
assets after Jasa Marga. The total toll

concessions reached Rp98.57 trillion.

The largest asset value was from the
Pekanbaru-Dumai toll road section that
reached Rp17.69 trillion. From the data
collected, there were at least 10 sections
that had assets of more than Rp10 trillion;
17 toll sections with an asset value of
between Rp5 trillion - Rp10 trillion; and 39
toll sections with an asset value of Rp1
trillion - Rp5 trillion.
